Not a boys' weekend.
A purposeful one.
The Good Fight Club is for men who are building something and care about who they become while doing it. Growth, integrity, grit, humility, creation over consumption.
The retreat is where that gets practical. We step away from our phones and our routines long enough to look at our lives honestly, decide what we want from the year ahead, and make it real by saying it to each other.
It asks something of you before you arrive. That is the point. The men in the room will have done the reading, prepared a session, and agreed to the same terms you are about to read.
How the weekend runs
Five parts, in order. The exact schedule comes once the dates are set.
- Arrive
Phones go in the box
We settle in, eat together, and set the ground rules for the weekend. From here on, sessions are phone-free and social media is off until we leave.
- Session one
Decide what you want out of life
Kemron and Jacob lead the first work session: getting honest about what matters, what you want your life to add up to, and where 2026 actually left you.
- The test
Do something hard together
A hike, a run, and maybe a Mini-Murph. Not a competition. A reminder that discipline is physical before it is anything else.
- Your session
Every man brings something
Each of you prepares and leads one session. A skill, a lesson from your work, or something you are passionate about. Nobody just attends.
- Session two
Set your vision for 2027
We turn it into a vision and a short list of goals, then say them out loud to the men who will hold you to them.
The test
The hike
Somewhere with a real climb. Conversation on the way up, quiet at the top.
The run
Together, at the pace of the slowest man. Nobody finishes alone.
The Mini-Murph
A scaled version of the Murph workout: a run, pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and another run. Scaled to whoever shows up.
Pick your book
Read one before you come. Choose it now and it goes on the board with your name.
